| Dr. Hon-fai (HF) Chan has over 35 years of broad and extensive experience in environmental management and planning. He had worked in the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Agency/Department for more than five years before he set up ENPAC Limited (an environmental consultancy) in 1987 (which was subsequently acquired by Maunsell-Grontmij group in 1998). In 2002, he set up CINOTECH Consultants Limited (an environmental consultancy firm) and is operating it as its Managing Director since then. Dr Chan has been Project Director or Project Manager of (a) Environmental Impact Assessment projects for major infrastructure development and strategic planning projects, e.g. Kai Tak Multi-purpose Sports Complex, South East Kowloon Feasibility Study ($20M), Update on Cumulative Water Quality and Hydrological Effect of Coastal Developments and Upgrading of Assessment Tool ($14M), (b) high-profile environmental projects, e.g. Multi-purpose Sports Complex at Kai Tak, Cyberport Development, Tonggu Channel of Shenzhen Port, Sheung Shui Slaughterhouse Odour Control Study, Shenzhen River Regulation; and (c) controversial and sensitive environmental projects e.g. Sha Lo Tung Development, Kai Tak Airport Dr Chan has also considerable experience in cross-border liaison. He has been advisor to Shenzhen Urban Infrastructure Administration in the mid 90s on the development of solid waste management. In addition, Dr Chan has extensive experience in working with the Advisory Council on the Environment, District Councils and local pressure groups and communities, drawing on his many years of experience, both in the government and private practice. Apart from his professional services, Dr Chan also participates extensively in community services and delivers regular lectures to local universities. He also represents government and private clients as expert witness in Magistrates and District Court on environmental issues. |
| Specializing in a wide spectrum of industrial, building services and energy projects, Ir K.F. Chan works in the Southa Group of companies, a subsidiary of Veolia. As early as 1995, he designed and built the first CFC-free in-situ sprayed polyurethane cold store in China. He also built the LOHAS ice rink in 2021, the first carbon dioxide refrigeration system in HK. Recent initiatives include Organic Rankine Cycle, hands-on implementation of BIM and DfMA in jobs like the Kwai Chung Hospital. Outside the construction arena, KF proactively deploys IoT, AI and cloud solutions in his Energy Performance and RCx contracts. KF extends his passion in charity and education, such as robotics helping the less privileged users of NGO’s and service as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong. |

| Mr Forrest FONG is an Architect by profession. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institution of Architects. In addition, he is also an advisor member of Green Labelling Committee. He joined the Government in the Housing Department in late-90s and is a Chief Architect of the Development & Construction Division in Housing Department. Since then, he serves a wide spectrum of duties to assist the Department in procurement of professional services providers, Performance Assessment Scoring System of building works contractors, various ISO management systems and building works including architectural design, building construction administration and contract administration of various housing projects. He is also involved in managing environmental targets, studies and initiatives and energy efficiency technologies etc. in public housing developments. |

| Grace Kwok is the Chairman and Executive Director of Allied Sustainability and Environmental Consultants Group Limited (AEC Group; 8320.HK). He drives sustainability from policy, design and then construction. He was project leader in prestigious sustainable project in Hong Kong such as One Taikoo Place, Six Pacific Place, etc. which was won Grand Award of Green Building Award and Gold Award of CIC Sustainable Construction Award. He also contributes his professional knowledge and experience to Hong Kong society via professional institution such as HKIE, HKGBC, REDA, etc. He has joined Chinachem Group as General Manager – Environmental Science since year 2023.
